Instant Pot Return Policy?
The Return Policy of Instant Pot is as follows:
- There is a “no hassle” 30-day return policy. If the item was damaged during shipment, the damaged part will be replaced.
- If the item arrived defective, it will be covered under the warranty policy.
- If the wrong item was shipped, it will be taken back and the correct item will be reshipped.
- If the item is no longer wanted, or was purchased by mistake, it will be taken back and a full refund will be issued, with the exception of a AED 20 charge for shipping.
- The product must be unused and shipped back with all original packaging and accessories.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping via insured carrier.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was received.
- All return shipments must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form attached to the outside of the box.
- To obtain an RMA form, an email must be sent to Instantpot@4home.ae mentioning why the item is being returned, including photos or video of the problem, the Order ID, name, address, e-mail address and daytime phone number.
- Once approved for an RMA, an RMA number and form along with detailed return shipping instructions will be sent.
- When the item has been received and the contents verified, the refund will be issued.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, cash will be refunded within 4 working days.
- For Credit Card Orders, the refund will be in the same credit card the payment was made, and the refund will be within 2 working days.

Please note that customers wishing to return non-faulty goods must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition (unused and in original packaging including all labels and tags) within 14 days of purchase.
